Reframe project status from "pre-alpha" to "beta, feature-complete"
"Pre-alpha, but it works" understates the actual state — every SPEC requirement F-1..F-36 is implemented, every acceptance scenario S-1..S-9 is covered by the e2e harness, the test report is at 167/167, and only the real-host validation step remains before a v1 tag. That profile is beta / feature-complete, not pre-alpha. Updated the Status paragraph accordingly; the version tag itself is unchanged (a release act, not a casual edit).
