chore: regenerate SKILLCARD versions to 4.0.55-SNAPSHOT

The 4.0.54 release left the 12 SKILLCARD.yaml version fields at 4.0.53-SNAPSHOT; regen-skillcards.sh syncs them to the current project version (version-only, no capability change).
