docker images with no explict version

First of all , thank you for your work.

Version 1.3.2 does not have a docker images with explicit tag, only "latest" which makes it bit hard to follow/rollback.

For example https://github.com/users/Cub0n/packages/container/certbot-desec-docker/64157710?tag=amd64-v1.2.1

Hi @hagaygo ,

I knew that, but I created the image with no "latest" tag, which is indeed fixable in the github workflow.
I experimented with "amend" but this is not the right way.

BTW: I use now LEGO (https://github.com/go-acme/lego) which has the same features as this image, but it's smaller and better maintained.
