Scope (Tier C5)

Bring up u-blox NEO-M9V (or SSOT GNSS module) — reset GPIO and data path per hardware doc.

Current state

• Audit: Listed as missing in BSP; SSOT defines reset; no XM125 on DT510 frees GPIO vs Sentai radar story.

Work

• Confirm UART vs I2C interface to module (SSOT / schematic).
• DT: gpio-reset or regulator + optional gnss / serial child as appropriate.
• Software: gpsd / chrony / raw NMEA as product requires; kernel CONFIG_GNSS only if using serdev GNSS binding.
