To Reproduce

1. Login, and deactive most coins
2. Go to makerbot page
3. Select a sell coin
4. Open the buy coin dropdown
5. See only activated coins in the list

Expected behavior
The Sell coin list should only contain coins which:

• have a balance
• have a fiat price
• are activated

The buy coin list should:

• include all compatible coins with price data.
• If the coin selected is not yet active, activate it (as is done on fiat / dex pages)
• Be ordered to put active coins with balance at the top, active coins with no balance in the middle, and inactive coins at the bottom.
