Aggregate metadata

Summary

Metadata (from bunny) has no data collection or aggregation function as of yet. This needs to be added (along with a test) for both demographics and distribution queries. Tests to be added for this, too.

Data to go in a collection as usual, but needs to be stored with the TRE of origin. This ultimately has to come from the TRE list that it was sent to, and tracked with task ID. The biobank info returned from bunny actually comes from the input message sent to bunny, so it can't be used.

Acceptance Criteria

• demographics metadata is correctly aggregated
• distribution metadata is correctly aggregated
• Tests pass.
• Documentation added.

• demographics metadata is correctly collected (i.e., results properly put into a single collection object).
• demographics metadata is correctly aggregated (i.e., results properly combined).
