Summary

Currently the project is a set of scripts to run - this is fine, but the language of researchers is often Jupyter

It should be trivial to have a sample Notebook file in this repository, that shows running the analysis step by step.

The benefit here:

• Begins to put this analysis in an environment familiar to people (researchers and further)
• Can leverage resources such as https://mybinder.org/

Acceptance Criteria

• Jupyter notebook sample

Tasks

• New Jupyter notebook
• Add dependencies
• Run the existing scripts in Jupyter
• Check this runs in with Binder

Confirm creation

• Ready to create this deliverable?
