The requirements are that the required analyses are implemented in a federated way, whether that requires approximations or meta-analysis or can be done directly.
No regard is given to disclosure risk - that's a question for the TRE and egress.

Acceptance Criteria

• min/max implemented
• counts (in a direct, user friendly format, rather than contingency tables)
• t-digests (for quantiles)
• Tests pass.
• Documentation added.
