Implement required analyses to implement the complex studies from here:

The requirements are that the required analyses are implemented in a federated way, whether that requires approximations or meta-analysis or can be done directly.
No regard is given to disclosure risk - that's a question for the TRE and egress.

Acceptance Criteria

• meta-analysis version of cox regression
• meta-analysis version of LASSO regression
• meta-analysis version of Poisson regression
• ensemble ARIMA (trained per site, predictions combined by weighted avg)
• Tests pass.
• Documentation added.
