New info from meeting with Conor:

• Want the repo to be pip install git+...url... -- this make it easier to iterate on cloud deployments (e.g. Databricks env)
  • Still need to understand how this works to make sure right build files are in place
• Poetry might not be strictly necessary, though can probably be used with a Makefile (e.g. example from the ngboost repo here)

It makes sense to have this be iterative, and we should only publish confident versions in PyPI
