./startFabric gives error

Error: channel create configuration tx file not found open C:/Program Files/Git/etc/hyperledger/configtx/composer-channel.tx: no such file or directory

this solution works for me.
your startFabric.sh path may differ from that in the solution.
For example for me it is fabric-scripts\hlfv12\startFabric.sh
