German spell and grammar checking not working

We currently run Qodana from within a GitLab CI pipeline. It works fine so far, except we get a large number of proofreading/ spelling problems, about 160k. Running it locally we get zero problems. Our project uses a mix of English and German, including GUI texts we need to have proofread. The found problems all are due to the German GUI texts and comments. Is there any way to persuade Qodana to accept German as well? I'd be OK to not have our custom dictionary anymore, as I've read one can use baseline for that, which would be fine. But the basic German dictionary should work.

We use the Docker image jetbrains/qodana-php:2025.3 and the linter jetbrains/qodana-php:latest

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to customize the Grazie inspections in this way.
We have this feature request on our tracker - QD-6742. Please vote for it if you have a spare minute. It'd also be useful if you left a comment under the issue describing your use case.
