Area: Various components using financial terminology (APY, utilization rate, collateral ratio, credit score)

There are no tooltip explanations for technical financial terms displayed in the UI. New users and non-finance-savvy borrowers don't understand what these numbers mean.

Fix:

• Create a reusable Tooltip component (currently missing)
• Add ? info icon next to: APY, Utilization Rate, Credit Score, Collateral Ratio, LTV, Grace Period
• On hover/focus, show a 1-2 sentence plain-English explanation
• Example: "APY (Annual Percentage Yield): The real rate of return on your deposit, accounting for compound interest over one year."
