• Add option to combine highlights (so if you draw above, it shouldn't get darker)
• Add option to have sharp edges

Additional context

How should the app know which highlights are in the same combine group?
Maybe the combine id is the tool id?

I would love to have this feature, but it's possible to configure a pen so it acts as a highlighter

Yeah, you can just set the alpha to half and a bigger stroke width, this should bring you nearer to the highlighter
