Currently: The element most recently created is always rendered in front all other elements even after trying to move other elements in front of it (which just puts them behind It). The arrange menu is the only way to manipulate that which is rather slow and cumbersome to do.

Request: When an element is moved it should always be put in front of other elements by default. This is more intuitive as other canvas apps (e.g. Krita) also behave like that. If for example an image is moved above some text then the user can still manually open the arrange menu and put the image behind as before.

Additional context

This applies to all elements (pen strokes, shaped, image, PDF..)

I did this with purpose. If you have a pdf in the background and you want to move it, you don't want to have it on top. Maybe this can be a setting you can turn on?

A settings would be nice. Maybe in behaviour?

Else if it should be a doc specific setting it feels like it belongs into the same place as the "Full selection" settings which is found in document -> camera.. Wait why is that in camera though?

I added it to camera since it was easy to reach to change it quickly. Hmm not sure...
