Describe the bug

When I try to Swap or Send the it will fail to connect to the device with the message Something went wrong - Make sure your Trezor device is set up with the Secret Recovery Phrase or passphrase for the selected account however the device is setup correctly. Because of this the funds are stuck in the HW and I cannot do anything that's why I will tag this as release blocker

This issue only happens with latest 13.29.0 build f66a6af71ed5a663d98db18ad452309e6252ee26]

Doesn't repro with 13.24.0, 13.27.0 (production) or 13.28.0
Trezor device: Trezor Model One (latest firmware)

Expected behavior

I am able to swap or send money on my Trezor HW
