We, as members, contributors, and leaders, pledge to make participation in the Nexora DevLabs community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
Examples of behaviour that contributes to a positive environment include:
- Being respectful, considerate, and collaborative
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
- Focusing on what is best for the community
- Showing empathy towards other community members
Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:
- Harassment, trolling, or insulting/derogatory comments
- Public or private harassment; publishing others’ private information
- Sexualised language or imagery; unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Sustained disruption of talks, discussions, or conversations
This Code applies within all community spaces and when an individual is officially representing the community (e.g., using an official email, posting via an official account, or acting as an appointed representative at an event).
Community maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing standards of acceptable behaviour and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behaviour that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour may be reported to the maintainers at support@nexoradevlabs.com. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
Maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.
Community leaders will follow these guidelines in determining the consequences for any action they deem to violate this Code:

Correction
- Impact: Use of inappropriate language or other behaviour deemed unprofessional or unwelcome.
- Consequence: A private, written warning with clarity around expected behaviour.

Warning
- Impact: A single incident or series of actions violating the Code.
- Consequence: A warning with consequences for continued behaviour; temporary limitations on interaction with the community.

Temporary suspension
- Impact: A serious violation of community standards, including sustained inappropriate behaviour.
- Consequence: Temporary ban from community spaces and interactions for a defined period.

Permanent ban
- Impact: Demonstrating a pattern of violation, harassment, or aggression.
- Consequence: Permanent removal from community spaces and interactions.
