Consider replacing Waybar and SwayNC

Most of the time, SwayNC in Waybar is fine, but from time to time it does this:

The whole gray rectangle is SwayNC.

It's frustrating because it happens for no apparent reason. It seems likely to be a SwayNC bug, although I haven't seen anyone report it. There's nothing in the terminal output indicating a failure, restarting Waybar does nothing, and neither does restarting SwayNC. Additionally, it's not an issue with the CSS theme, as it works perfectly on fresh installations and in the Live session.

I should note that this is not the first time this has happened.

I'm leaning towards using Quickshell as it uses QML, and it'd be a great way to bring back Maui Shell, or more specifically, Cask.

I've updated the SwayNC config, but if it happens again at random, I'm going all in with Quickshell.

And, it happened again. That's it. I'll remove both from Nitrux 7.0.0. We'll see if it's Quickshell or something else using QML.
