When manually updating any mod, the URL "https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/%7BmodtoupdateID%7D/" is passed instead of the actual mod URL.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Check for updates
Choose to update a mod
Do not have Nexus Premium
Choose to update manually by selecting Yes on the dialogue box
Observe as the wrong url is opened in your browser
