Custom configuration for Cemu

Hi,

Can I request (when possible and if possible) to add a "custom configuration" option for the cemu emulator (RPCS3 has this option), more specifically for the controller options, the motion control (DSU/six axis) option doesn't work correctly and Retrobat sets the controller to xinput (which is fine as this is the default defined by retrobat).

Apologies, I just noticed the auto configure controller option and set it to off, this fixed the six axis problem

Can you explain what does not work with autoconfig and give details ?

Retrobat does not set xinput by default in cemu. It sets sdl.

When autoconfig is enabled, retrobat sets the default controller API to x-input or sdl, only problem is, this disables DSU (six-axis) confifguration (Xinput and DSU/six-axis cannot be configured togther), below is a screenshot of DSU/six-axis configured

And this is a screenshot of xinput configured by retrobat

even though the connfiguration looks the same, if you're using a PS3/4/5 / non xbox gamepad you loose the six-axis function

below are screenshot from DS4Windows, its connects the control and mascarades it as a xbox gamepad with the six-axis function as well:

this screenshot shows the gyro readings

and this screenshot shows how ds4w is using the loopback to connect allows connection to six-axis api

If you refer back to first screenshot of the cemu DSU config, that configuration is needed to make the six-axis/gyro work.

that's the issue I faced, however, by disabling autoconfig, retrobat does not disable/touch the input config.

Please let me know if this is an OK explanation or if you need more data.

By default Retrobat uses sdl for non-xinput controllers.
Ds4 and ds5 controllers motion works fine in sdl.
No need for ds4windows
