Material Transition Textures

Many of these values are hardcoded into the shaders and cannot be changed. Any cells containing unchanged do use the value from the texture. Equivalent texture values are listed below. Inkling's ink colors are contained in /fighter/common/param/effect.prc.

The ditto materials do not use the transition effect from the NOR map blue channel but are still included in these tables.
