Describe the feature
The aws-support-mcp-server is missing the follow operations: Describe Communication, Describe Supported Languages, Describe Create Case Options, Add Attachments To Set, and Describe Attachment. The addition of these operations will allow for more wholistic Case Management and will allow for Attachments to be added by the MCP.

Users will be able to Add Attachments to a case which will allow them to add log files directly to a case.
