The text in GUI display error , it's garbled, windows-11 bug

Describe the bug

• The text in second GUI display error. Language is not English, the first GUI is well
  
  
• It display error, I have tried tow methods(via git and via pip), but it not work.
• Wish a helpful idea.

I cannot replicate your issue. Please provide the following information for further debugging:

1. pip list
2. Python version
3. operating system
4. system language
