Incorrect AMC for folio

For a folio I have in PPFAS, casparser is detecting it as Nippon.

Here is a screenshot from casparser output:

I validated this in python as well. folio.amc returns Nippon India for both the folios in the screenshots above.

Note that running casparser on another CAS (different dates) doesn't produce the same results - it parsed it correctly as PPFAS.
