Support Windows Task Scheduler S4U

It would be nice to allow the selection of running tasks with Windows Task Scheduler in service for user (S4U) logon method instead of password (current default).
This allows better security restrictions and won't require prompting the user for their password at the command line.

This effectively checks "Do not store password. The task will only have access to local resources" in the GUI.

I can support this, as a new option for schedule-permission

From the documentation you linked:

When an S4U logon is used, no password is stored by the system and there is no access to the network or encrypted files.

I don't know if people are using the old fashion windows file encryption instead of bitlocker; but if they do, I can't make this the new default user permission.
