Docs: Non-CLI install guide

Documentation counterpart to the CUJ + implementation tickets.
Per Apr 17 sync, David owns documenting the new install path
once it works.

Goal

A customer-facing doc at docs/08-deployment-guide.md (or a
new docs/08b-non-cli-deployment-guide.md) lets a user with
no local terminal install and run the workbench.

Acceptance criteria

• Doc exists and covers every step in the CUJ.
• Doc is cross-linked from README.md (currently points only at ./scripts/install.sh).
• Doc differentiates 'CLI install' vs 'non-CLI install' and helps the reader choose.
• Doc includes troubleshooting for the known blockers identified during CUJ/implementation.

Dependencies

• Blocked by: 'CUJ' sibling (defines the steps), 'Run bundle from workspace' sibling (validates they work), 'Apps UI deploy' sibling (ditto).
