[FeatureRequest] Add "Soft Hide" mode (hide apps without disabling/freezing them) #261

Description

@YashSoPro

Add a "Soft Hide" mode that allows apps to be hidden without disabling or freezing them.
Reason / 理由
Currently, Amarok hides apps by disabling (freezing) them. This breaks functionality for certain types of apps that need to stay active in the background.
For example:
Keyboard apps (like FUTO Keyboard)
Background utilities
Apps providing system-level services
Users may want these apps to remain functional while still being hidden from the launcher or app drawer.
This limits Amarok’s usability for advanced setups where both privacy and functionality are required.
Suggest Solution / 实现方案
Introduce an optional "Soft Hide" mode:
Hide app from launcher / app drawer (using package visibility or launcher-level filtering)
Keep the app enabled and running in the background
Do not freeze or disable the app
This could be implemented as a toggle per app:
"Hard Hide" (current behavior - freeze/disable)
"Soft Hide" (new behavior - hide only)
This would give users more flexibility and make Amarok suitable for more use cases.
