I use an airgapped / offline environment. I have helm v4 installed locally and is available in $PATH.
devspace dev command tries to download helm regardless and fails as I am offline.
Even copying helm binary to $HOME/.devspace/bin/ doesn't seem to solve the problem.
Is it because devspace is helm v4 incompatible ? Because they did not break API at first look.
