Take a look at the wiki:
Compiling
Hosting and Configuration

You need java and maven on your computer that you're compiling this application on.
just transfer the executable jar to your pi and execute it with "java -jar [JAR FILE]".
Of course you also need to have java (8 or higher) installed on your pi.

to install java try:
$ sudo apt-get install openjdk-8-jre

You need to configure the bot before running it.
