Salesforce’s hosted MCP servers are a fully managed service — there's no code to contribute to. Hence, this repo exists for documentation of best practices, community discussion, and feedback.
We use GitHub Issues to have conversations with our developer community about the MCP server experience:
- Suggest a doc improvement — Flag gaps, unclear instructions, or missing examples
- Request a feature — Suggest new tools, servers, or capabilities
- Ask a question — Anything else about hosted MCP servers

If you're experiencing a connection problem, authentication error, or other issue that needs a fix, please contact Salesforce Support. Issues that are support requests will be closed.
