Itinerary map marker re-appears when Identify triggers

Description

Blue map marker from Itinerary plugin persists on map, after closing.

How to reproduce

• Open Itinerary plugin
• Place blue map marker (first)
• Close Itinerary plugin
• Activate Identify plugin
• Click around on map
• Observe Itinerary plugin's blue map marker re-appear

Expected Result

Itinerary plugin's blue map marker should not show when the plugin is not active.

Current Result

Itinerary plugin's blue map marker appears when the plugin is closed/not active.
