HackRF not detected My Laptop

What would you like to know?

When I run the command:

hackrf_spiflash -w hackrf_one_usb.bin

in the location:

inthings@DESKTOP-HBNF2TN MINGW64 ~/downloads/hackrf-2024.02.1/hackrf-2024.02.1/firmware-bin
$ ls
hackrf_jawbreaker_usb.bin hackrf_jawbreaker_usb.dfu hackrf_one_usb.bin hackrf_one_usb.dfu hackrf_rad1o_usb.bin hackrf_rad1o_usb.dfu

(using Git Bash), I do not get any output. I also tried running hackrf_info, but still no output is displayed.

IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. NO MATTER WHAT I DO ITS NOT WORKNG. I GOT THIS NEW. HACKRF PRO. SEEMS DEFECTIVE.I NEED HELP PLEASE.
