Changing route to the root of the host

Hi,
I was wondering, if there was a way to change the route of the grpc.invoke method to go to the root of the provided host instead of the automatic route of host/ExampleService/ExampleMethod?

I believe you can specify the host as an option to invocations: https://github.com/improbable-eng/grpc-web/blob/master/integration_test/ts/src/client.spec.ts#L23. Does that help?
