Options to customize the cursor width, color, and opacity.

Thank you for writing this plugin. I love the default 2px cursor width that saves a ton of my time looking for my cursor! 🙇 May I ask for a few more customization options:

• Cursor width
• Cursor color
• Cursor opacity
• Whether to enable movement animation
  • Maybe specifying 0 in the "Cursor speed" property could set transform: none; in CSS?

I forked and added the the ability to customize:

1. Cursor width
2. Cursor height
3. Cursor color

@kotaindah55 If there's interest I'd be happy to open a PR. Thanks so much for your work on this plugin. I couldn't enjoy Obsidian without it.
