The Type 2 deck doesn't have tone card type despite description

Describe the bug
There is no tone card present in the Type 2 deck. I found a template for it in another issue but the template isn't present in the downloaded deck.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download deck
2. Open in Anki
3. Review Notes/Card -- Audio, Meaning, Pinyin/Zhuyin, Character Present
4. No tone card present

Expected behavior
Tone card should be present

Digging into this further, I actually believe the Type 1 and Type 2 decks are reversed. Type 1 does have the tone mark card type. It appears the issue is just the descriptions should be reversed:
