I can't install only ts-jest package but i can install well others packages

Hello dear~~

I got an issue with ECONNRESET when I installed ts-jest.
However, I didn't get any issues when I installed other packages such as jest, typescript, "@types/jest"
I found a Stack Overflow question that is the same as what happened to me.

Also, I removed cache and proxy and HTTP proxy on npm configure, But I can't solved.

The Stack Overflow writer is Korean and I stay in Korea too.
