When following heading links on the Rich text editor on mobile, this scrolls to the heading in the note, but the heading is positioned at the bottom of the screen, rather than the top

Expected behaviour
It should scroll to the heading, with the heading displayed at the top, rather than the bottom, to be consistent with following heading links in view mode
