Failing to Open File

I'm attempting to read a file data by first listing paths by opening (listfile). Then I select one of those paths and attempting to open that via open_file again but its failing with an error not found.

Am I supposed to do something special? Path might look like this:

• accessibility/texts/filechoose_eng.json

Example mpq: accessibility.mpq.zip

This is likely because that's a version 4 format mpq, which I haven't gotten around to supporting yet.
