[Feat] Impl Dynamic Window Resizing

Implement Dynamic Window Resizing so KeyViz doesn't take over the whole screen.

This is useful for screen recording tools such as Cap so it doesn't hijack the whole screen when trying to record a specific application, if it is full screened.
