Support Shiki as code highlighter

Hey, thanks for the great theme!

Would it be possible to support Shiki as code highlighter for this theme as well? Unlike Shiki, Prism doesn't play well with Vue SFCs. It would be awesome if Shiki is supported. Thanks!

Shiki support is experimentally enabled as of v0.8.1.
Future versions will fix some known issues.
