Thoth is a dashboard-first runtime for Claude Code and Codex. It turns long-running agent work into durable runs, locked work items, visible ledgers, and reviewable verdicts, so users can inspect and recover autoresearch-style sessions instead of relying on drifting chat state.

Other notes (optional):

Thoth is dual-host: it exposes a Claude Code plugin surface and a Codex plugin/skill surface from the same project.
