Launcher for MacOS not found

Describe the bug
launcher can not be found and may not be available in the plugin downloader, as refered to in the manual.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'OpenCPN 5.12.4-
2. Go to 'Menu- Options - Plugins'
3. Click on 'Plugins'
4. Scroll down to find 'Launcher.'
5. It is missing in the list

the same on the OpenCPN Plugin Download Website
1; Go to (https://opencpn.org/opencpn-dl/)
2. Select Launcher
3. Select MacOS (2 versions)
4. Select version 1.3.7
5. cliick on Download does nil/ nada

Expected behavior
be able to download from either source.

Additional context
in the manual there are no links to download that work, as .tar or otherwise.
