Future architecture OpenSCD-core

As a developer
I would like to see know the OpenSCD-core and plugins global to-be architecture
So I understand the architecture and can build components/plug-ins and see the missing pieces

This is needed to align the architecture with the open source community.

Acceptance criteria:
drawing of the future architecture
Explanation of the components and it their role
Including related ADR's
