node-oracledb v7.0.0 Release Notes

node-oracledb v7.0.0 is now available. See the release announcement and release notes for details.
This release adds major Thin mode capabilities for high-throughput workloads and Oracle AI Database 26ai via Oracle Direct Load and Database Pipelining Support, expands cloud-native configuration options (with AWS support), improves observability, gives applications new helper APIs for running secure dynamic SQL, and makes resource cleanup feel more at home in modern Node.js. This lends itself well to building fast and secure AI applications and agents with Oracle Database.

Pre-built binaries are available for Node.js 14.17 or later.
