Hidden entities should not be shown in Apple CarPlay.

Not showing hidden entities in Apple CarPlay let's the driver more easily focus on the entities that actually matter to the driver.

@bgoncal mentioned in issue #3411 his intention to map the hidden/visible state of the entity to the UI. This has yet to come to fruition (that issue which proposed a separate option to expose entity to CarPlay was closed).
