Context

About 1 hour ago I accidentally deleted our active production CRM project while trying to delete a different unused (paused) project on the same
account.

What it contained (still in active production use)

• Live customer leads, contacts, deals, invoices for an active business
• 10+ deployed Edge Functions: catch-lead, smart-search-ai, ai-summarize, posthog-proxy, gmail-proxy, etc.
• Authenticated user accounts (multiple team members)
• Marketing site centralys.co is wired to the catch-lead webhook in production right now

What I've already done

• Submitted email support ticket SU-366857 (got auto-reply confirming Free plan has no SLA)
• Read https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/backups — I understand Free plan deletions are officially "irreversible" and there are no user-accessible backups
• Posted on Discord #help-and-questions for community visibility

Questions

1. Is a restore technically possible at this stage for a Free plan deletion that just happened (within an hour)? Even partial data recovery would
   be invaluable.
2. Would upgrading to Pro right now help re-prioritize ticket SU-366857, or does the upgrade not retroactively benefit deletions that happened
   before the upgrade?
3. If no restore is possible, is there at least a way to retrieve a snapshot from the last 24h before I'm forced to rebuild from scratch?

What I have locally (recoverable)

• All Supabase migrations (entire supabase/migrations/ directory)
• All Edge Functions source code
• Deployment configs

So the schema and code are recoverable from my local repo. The painful part is the production data (real customer leads and business
records).

I'm ready to upgrade to Pro or Team immediately if it changes the calculation. Any guidance — even a definitive "no, it's gone, rebuild from scratch"
— would help me decide whether to wait or pivot to recreation right now.

Support is your only choice for absolute answer but they have told mods and users before it is NOT possible.
