Your problem
Sorry for another question...
We are trying to use the Demo_SinglePerson to display in OpenSim;
We followed the following instructions:
Visualize results:
File > Open Model: Open your scaled .osim model in the kinematics folder.
File > Load Motion: Open your joint angle .mot file in the kinematics folder.
File > Preview Experimental Data: Open your 3D marker .trc file in the pose-3d folder.
we have loaded the following files (messages window)
Loaded model Pose2Sim_scaled from file D:\miniconda3\envs\Pose2Sim\Lib\site-packages\Pose2Sim\Demo_SinglePerson\kinematics\Demo_SinglePerson_1-97_filt_butterworth_LSTM.osim
Storage: read data file = D:\miniconda3\envs\Pose2Sim\Lib\site-packages\Pose2Sim\Demo_SinglePerson\kinematics\Demo_SinglePerson_1-97_filt_butterworth_LSTM.mot (nr=96 nc=63)
Loaded marker file D:\miniconda3\envs\Pose2Sim\Lib\site-packages\Pose2Sim\Demo_SinglePerson\pose-3d\Demo_SinglePerson_1-97.trc (22 markers, 97 frames)
There are some dots shown that move, but the skeleton doesn't moved. AI says I should opne the IK tool in OpenSim, but that option is greyed out.
Thank you so much for any hint
