Native Firefox shortcuts configuration not directly supported

Hello,

Thank you for this great add-on.

I think having the hotkeys configurations directly available under Firefox extensions shortcuts settings for FF users is more practical than only inside the add-on configuration page so that duplicate hotkeys can be easily spotted.

Edit: Also, the hotkeys configured in the add-on preferences page are only working within the preferences page, i.e. not working in any other pages.

Hey, are you sure about that? Never heard of. It works on any pages on all my computers (except the chrome webstore pages and other extensions internal pages of course)
