Hello,
I'm trying to use this for a personal project, and have 3x ESP S3 Boards (the model specified in the repo with 8MB). I have flashed the drives with the correct firmware as instructed and the data is correctly streamed wirelessly to my laptop. However, it doesn't seem to correctly do any of the presence detection or pose estimation. All I get is one skeleton in the middle of the room no matter what changes happen in the room's occupancy. What could be going wrong here?
