[BUG] Sapito does not read the timestamp from the file

**Describe the bug**
[BUG] Sapito does not read the timestamp from the file. Instead it prints the current timestamp.

**To Reproduce**
Run sapito.py using -r and a pcap file as input.

**Expected behaviour**
The program should read and print the packet time stamp.
